  • 26/01/2005 - AAAS Microarray Tutorial: As part of the AAAS Annual Meeting in Washington DC and in collaboration with the Microarray Gene Expression Data Society, there will be a tutorial on microarrays and analysis on Monday 21 February, 2005.   • 15/11/2004 - MGED 8 Announcement - Date Change: The MGED 8 meeting will take in Bergen, Norway from 11th to 13th of September, 2005. The MGED Programming Jamboree will follow from 14th to 17th of September, 2005. More details and registration will be available later from here.

  • 14/10/2002 - MAGE-ML Paper Published: A paper by P.Spellman et al, "Design and implementation of microarray gene expression markup language (MAGE-ML)" has been published in Genome Biology (issue 9), documenting the results of the collaborative effort to establish a standard for gene expression data exchange; see here.

  • 09/05/2002 - MGED V Announcement: The MGED V meeting will take place in Tokyo, Japan. Date: 24th-27th September; Place: Plaza Heisei; Address: Odaiba, Tokyo. It takes about 30 minutes to go to this place from Tokyo station. Odaiba (means a base on which cannons used be placed in Edo period) is a newly developed district facing Tokyo bay. The access is relatively easy.
