Product Description

The Human IL-34 ELISA Kit (A313374) is a 90-minute sandwich ELISA developed for the in vitro quantitative measurement of IL-34 levels in human serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. This kit uses a highly specific pre-coated anti-IL-34 antibody to ensure excellent specificity and low cross-reactivity with related proteins.

During the assay, IL-34 present in the sample binds to the immobilized capture antibody on the 96-well microplate. A biotinylated detection antibody and enzyme-conjugated streptavidin are then added to form a classic sandwich complex. After substrate addition, a measurable colorimetric signal proportional to the IL-34 concentration is generated and read using a standard microplate reader.
