How we plan to proceed in the annotations working group

• Everybody reads the handouts keeping in mind “minimum information” idea

• 5 min general presentations

• We go through the current draft item by item and edit it (unless somebody proposes entirely new draft)

• Report to the joint session of working-groups

• Second iteration

• Write up conclusions about “minimum information”

• After finalising discussions by e-mail, post the draft on the web and possibly publish it in a journal
